一、概述
ⅠSummarization
本机由机械有轴上纸架、真空吸附单面瓦楞机、电脑分切机、电控箱四部分组成，使用卷筒纸材和薯类或玉米淀粉作为粘合剂，可连续生产并剪切成所需规格的单面瓦楞纸板，生产的纸板不必再烘干或晒干，同胶水机或贴面机配合使用可生产三层以上的瓦楞纸板，具有结构合理、工艺先进等特点，其生产的纸板质量好、效率高、劳动强度低、操作维修方便等特点，是纸箱厂生产瓦楞纸板的理想设备。
The machine is composed by the four parts of mechanical axispaperframe, vacuum absorptionsingleface corrugated machine ,computerslitting machine and electric cabinet, adopting web material and potato alike or corn flour as bond, which can continually produce and cut tosingleface corrugated board in required specification, and it is unnecessary to dry the manufactured board; it can manufacture corrugated board more than three layers by coordinating with gluing machine or laminatingmachine, with the characteristics of reasonable structure and advanced technology, which is the desired equipment for carton factory producingcorrugated board.
