GK/GKH Horizontal Scraper Centrifuge

卧式刮刀卸料离心机是连续运转、间歇操作的过滤式离心机，其控制方式为自动控制，也可手动控制。离心机操作过程中的进料、分离、洗涤、脱水、卸料及滤布再生等过程一般均在全速状态下完成，单次循环时间短，处理量大，并可获得较干的滤渣和良好的洗涤效果。
  GK系列卧式刮刀卸料离心机广泛应用于化工、食品、轻工、制药、淀粉等行业，对含粗、中、细颗粒的悬浮液均适用，如硫铵、碳铵、聚氯乙烯、木署改性淀粉等。
GKH系列虹吸式卧式离心机是在普通卧式刮刀卸料离心机的基础上，利用虹吸原理增加过滤推动力，透过过滤介质的滤液全部进入滤液室，滤液通过虹吸管（撇液管）排出转鼓，调节虹吸管吸入口位置可改变虹吸室内液面深度，以改变过滤推动力，调节过滤速度、处理能力、滤饼的含湿量以及洗涤效率。
GKH系列离心机因具有虹吸功能，增加了过滤时的推动力，在处理粘度较大的物料时可以获得较GK型更低的滤饼含水率。
　　设置反冲装置，可在需要时向虹吸室内加入反冲液，洗涤液经过滤介质流向转鼓内，使过滤介质恢复过滤性能，得于再生。
　　虹吸式卧式刮刀卸料离心机适合于生产量大、要求滤饼含湿量低并充分洗涤的场合，广泛应用于淀粉、碳酸氢钠、磷酸钙等物料的分离。
