■    工作原理How To Work

GKF型防爆式卧式刮刀卸料离心机是连续运转、间隙操作的过滤式离心机，结构与系统设计时充分考虑到制药工业中的GMP要求，适用于制药及防爆要求场合。
　　隔墙式安装形式，使工作区域与机座、传动、液压装置完全隔离，独立式液压系统和润滑系统，配置氮气保护系统（选装），在线清洗系统（选装），气体反吹（选装），PLC程序控制，变频器调速，电阻能耗制动。
　　其控制方式为自动控制(也可手动控制)。离心机操作过程中的进料、分离、洗涤、脱水、卸料及滤布再生、在线清洗、氮气保护等过程按预先设定的程序运行，单次循环时间短，处理量大，并可获得较好的过滤(滤饼含水率较低)和洗涤效果。
GKF型防爆式卧式刮刀卸料离心机，适用于粘度小、有毒、有害、易燃、易爆介质的固液分离。主要用于制药、食品等工业领域的固液分离。

■主要特点Features

1、采用PLC和触摸屏控制，按预定程序自动运行，可实现人机对话，操作、维护方便。
2、动作元件采用电气-液压自动控制。进料前清洗、加料、初过滤、洗涤、精过滤、卸料、气体反吹、批次间清洗等全过程监控。
3、独立电气控制箱，实现远距离控制。
4、安全保护：转速检测，过振动保护，开盖保护，电机过载过热保护，刮刀旋转机械电气双重保护。
5、机架采用全焊接式结构，结构紧凑，机器承载强度高。隔墙式设计，传动、机座、电机、液压系统均安装于非洁净区，转鼓、机壳位于洁净区，机架面板与墙体柔性联接，将洁净区与非洁净区隔离。
6、机壳为大翻盖形式，便于对转鼓进行完全清洗；快开式液压锁紧结构，操作方便。
7、电机与离心机主机为整体安装，方便用户安装和使用，并减小机器占用空间。
8、全密闭结构，密封件采用硅橡胶或氟橡胶。
9、采用变频控制，转鼓转速无级可调。可按工艺要求设定加料、洗涤、分离、卸料、残余滤饼吹扫等速度。
10、设计隔振装置和橡胶减振基础，机器运转平稳，振动和噪声大大降低，改善生产车间和工作环境，减小机器振动对设备和环境的危害。
11、离心机与分离介质相接触部分的材料均为不锈钢制造，提高了机器的耐腐蚀性能和卫生要求。
12、配置气体反吹装置（选装件），可在刮料时辅助刮刀进行刮料，减少残余滤饼层。
13、配置在线清洗系统（选装件），在离心机内部诸如转鼓外表面、卸料斗、视镜、转鼓底部等设置多个清洗头，可在线（在位）进行冲洗，以便能实现工艺上的洁净度要求。
14、配置氮气保护系统（选装件），离心机工作区注入氮气，并由控制系统自动控制氮气浓度/压力，以达到防爆要求。
