1． 本仪器适用于切取各种毛纺、棉纺、化纤、针织等织物的圆形样品。 2． 取样面积： 100cm2 3． 使用方法： 3 ． 1 ，将待裁织物平铺在橡胶垫上，将圆盘取样器放在织物上，拉出取样器上的锁紧装置，旋转约 90 度，一手扶住外罩，一手握住波纹手轮，并施加一定压力，然后顺时针旋转波纹手轮（转角大于 90 度），即可将圆试样裁取。 3 ． 2 ，取样器使用后即锁紧装置，旋转至原位，使刀片不能外露，以免伤手和其他物品。 4． 结构与调整 4 ． 1 ，切刀刀片为双面刀片共有四片，为圆外接四等份均布，刀片可以更换，具体操作为：松开十字螺钉（每片上有四颗螺钉），取下刀片压板与取样刀片，换上新的刀片，压上刀片压板，注意使刀片口为顺时针切向，并使四片刀口处于同一平面，然后拧紧十字螺钉即可。 4 ． 2 ，仪器底部有直纹刻痕，用于固定试样，便于切割，防止试样打滑。 5 ，注意事项： 5 ． 1 ，本仪器刀片刀口锋利，使用中不得将手放在底部，以免损伤。 5 ． 2 ，仪器裁取试样应该在橡胶垫上进行，仪器不用时擦拭干净，放在仪器盒中，以免损伤。 5 ． 3 ，使用一段时间后如果刀片不锋利，按 4.1 条更换刀片即可，刀片为普通双面刮胡须刀片，市面有售。
