本机主要对炊饭后的米锅进行清洗以备下次使用。优质不锈钢制造，经久耐用方便。结构由台架、传动系统、输送链道、喷洗箱道、清洗喷头、加热系统、进水系统等组成。
This machine is for cleaning rice pot after cooking for use of the next time. It’s made of quality stainless steel that is durable and convenient; composed of stand, drive system, conveying chain, spray-wash tank, cleaning nozzle, heating system, water inlet system etc.
本机对米锅进行内外冲洗，由减速机通过一对链轮传动米锅输送链往前不断运动。米锅由自动米饭翻转扒松机下来后，人工从进口滑道反扣滑入清洗机，机器自动先用冷水进行冲洗，随着链道的推进，用循环热水进行第一级上下预洗，然后再用循环热水进行第二级上下清洗，接着再用循环热水进行第三极上下冲洗，然后又经冷水上下喷淋后，从出口滑道出来给充填机待用。
The machine cleans pot internally and externally; the pot conveyor chain is driven forward by a reducer through a pair of chain wheels. After being removed from the automatic softener, the pot is upside down manually and slides from the entrance slideway to the washer; it is automatically washed with cold water first, then as the conveyor goes forward, it enters the first-stage prewash with hot circulating water up and down; then the second-stage wash with hot circulating water and the third-stage flush with hot circulating water up and down, finally it is showered with cold water up and down, sliding out from the exit to filling machine for next time use.
