各槽设有储液槽，配有循环过滤系统，加热温控系统，液位保护系统；
传动电机有变频器控制，速度可调；
整套设备运作由PLC控制，设有手动、自动两套操作系统，清洗时间可由面板转换开关选择，料筐运行至各槽清洗工位后可进4-6次上下摆动，增强清洗效果；
电气控制系统设有声光报警装置，防误保护装置。
