一般情况下，产生压力的设备都有电动机驱的，如空压机、水泵等，电动机的运转、停止将直接操动着压力的有无大小。如要使压力保持在一定范围，不可能用人力控制电机的工作，此时采用GYD系列气压自动控制开关，不但实现了操作自动化，而且节省人力、节约了能源，同时延长了机器使用寿命。
这类开关不仅适用于空气压力的自动控制，也可适用于水压的控制。两样加了一些附件后也可作为锅炉自动报警，卸压和自动加水等。因此开关可广泛用于气压自动控制场合。
In general,most equipment that can produce the pressure is driven by motor,like the air compressor,pump,etc.The run and stop of motor is directly related to toe pressure.If the pressure retains a certain range,it is impossible to control the service of motor by manual operation,in terms of this problem,we design GYD series air-pressure automatic control switch,this product not only realizes the automatic operation,but also saves the labor and energy source and is helpful for prolonging the service life of machine.

 | | GYD系列气压自动开关 GYD Double-stage double-speed starter | 一、用途 Application
当空气压缩机工作时，压缩空气从储气罐进入气压自动开关。气压自动开关的闭合与断开是按预先设定的压力而动作。空气压缩机正常运转时，开关处于闭合状态，当储存气压力达到预定压力的上限时，压缩空气经橡皮顶动顶针，能过跳簧带动跳板，从而使胶木座内动触头与静触头分离开，达到切断控制电路，使电动机停止转动。当储存罐气压降到所标气压下限时，重新起跳，使电路接能中而开始工作，气压自动开关上设有放空阀，当跳板跳动时，压下顶杆，使放空阀打开，达到排气目的，为第二次工作时减轻电动机起动负荷。
After the motor runs,the press ure is produced and directly gets into the switch ,under the action of sensing film,the thrust is developed,the pressure spring with it makes the driving plat move up to drive the spring board,and actuate the jumper spring to fast separate the moving contact from the fixed contact with the help of elastic force,so as to cut off the power,the motor will stop running immediately. |
