一、原理
热空气由入口管以适宜的喷动速度从干燥机底部进入搅拌粉碎干燥室,对物料产生强烈的剪切、吹浮、旋转作用,于是物料受到离心、剪切、碰撞、摩擦而被微粒化,强化了传质传热。在干燥机底部,较大较湿的颗粒团在搅拌器的作用下被机械粉碎,湿含量较低、颗粒度较小的颗粒被旋转气流夹带上升,在上升过程中进一步干燥。由于气固两相作旋转流动,固相惯性大于气相,固气两相间的相对速度较大,强化两相间的传质传热,所以该机生产强度高。
二、特点
◆由于物料受到离心、剪切、碰撞、摩擦而被微粒化,呈高度分散状态及固气两相间的相对速度较大,强化了传质传热,故该机生产强度高。
◆干燥气体进入干燥机底部,产生强烈的旋转气流,对器壁上物料产生强烈的冲刷带出作用,消除粘壁现象。
◆在干燥机底部高温区,热敏性物料不与热表面直接触,并装有特殊装置,解决了热敏性物料的焦化变色问题。
◆由于干燥室内周向气速高,物料停留时间短,达到高效、快速、小设备、大生产。
◆干燥室上部加装淘析环及旋流片,可控制出口物流的粒度及湿度,以达到不同物料的终水份粒度的要求。
三、应用范围
◆有机物:阿特拉津(农药杀虫剂)、月桂酸隔、苯甲酸、安息香酸、杀菌丹、草酸钠、醋酸纤维素等。
◆染料:蒽醌、黑色氧化铁、靛兰颜料、丁酸、氢氧化钛、硫化锌、各种偶氮染料中间体。
◆无机物:硼砂、碳酸钙、氢氧化物、硫酸铜、氧化铁、碳酸钡、三氧化锑、各种金属氢氧化物、各种重金属盐、合成 冰晶石等。
◆陶瓷:高岭土、三氧化硅、粘土等。
◆食品:大豆蛋白、胶凝淀粉、酒糟、小麦糖、小麦淀粉等。

1,Principles
Hot air is sprayed from the bottom of the dryer into a drying chamber, which is used for stirring and crushing, at a proper speed. It causes the materials to float and rotate at a high speed. Thus, the materials are granulated through centrifuging, shearing, impacting and rubbing. And the process of heat transmitting is also strengthened. At the bottom of the dryer, large and damp, lump granules are crushed under the action of the stirrer. While small granules contain less moisture will be brought up by the rotating air flow. During this period. They are dried further. As the inertia of the solid is larger than that of gas, the solid and gas will flow rotairly at a high relative speed. So the process of heat transmitting will be strengthened again. Therefore the machine has a high drying capacity.
2,Featurs
◆ As the materials are granuled through centrifuging, shearing, impacting and rubbing. Moreover the relation velocity between solid and gas phases is high, so it strengthens the process of heat transmitting. Therefore the machine has a high drying capacity.
◆ Dry gas enters the dryer the from bottom which produces strong rotating air flow and also carries out an action of strong rushing onto the raw materials on the inner wall of the dryer. So there is no phenomenon of materials sticking on the inner wall.
◆ At the bottom of the dryer, where the temperature is very high, a special device is equipped to prevent heat sensitive materials from contacting with the heat surface directly. Therefore, it solves the problem of heat sensitive materials carbonization and color changing.
◆ As the rotating speed of the gas inside the drying chamber is very high and the staying time of the materials is very short, high efficiency, high drying speed, small equipment, large out put can be achieved.
◆ There are elutrating rings and rotating flow separators equipped in the upper part of the drying chamber in order to control the size and humidity of the granules so as to meet different requirements.
3,Scope of application
◆ Organic compounds: Fenatrol(insecticide of agrochemicals),cadmium laurate, benzoic acid, germicide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate and so on.
◆ Dyestuff: anthraquinone, black ferric oxide, indigo blue pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, all kinds of intermediate of azo dye-stuff.
◆ Inorganic compounds: borax, calcium carbonate , hydroxide, copper sulfate, ferric oxide , barium carbonate , antimony trioxide, all kind of heavy metallic salt, synthetic cryolite and so on.
◆ Ceramics: kaoline, silicone trioxide, clay and so on. Foodstuff: soya protein, agglomerative starch, lees, trticin, wheat starch and so.
