The compacting unit consists of the following elements:
預縮單元包括下列部件：
l SUPPORT FRAMEWORK支撐框架
Made of heavy duty painted steel, side panels which support the calender rolls, drive system and electric & pneumatic plants.
重負荷上漆鋼材支撐骨架羅拉系統，驅動系統和電氣，啟動設備。
l FAERIC LIFT-OFF ROLLER織物脫針羅拉
Consists of two aluminium rollers.
兩條鋁制滾筒.
l SPIRAL SPREADING ROLLERS螺紋擴幅羅拉
A driven spiral roller in stainless steel uncurls the selvedges and allows to introduce the fabric in a perfect spread out way.
不銹鋼制驅動式螺紋羅拉充分將織物擴幅展邊,以使織物平展運行.
l DANCER BAR COMPENSATOR AT ENTRY進布區的調速控制
A cylinder mounted on two swinging arm, connected a rheostat synchronises the pin frame and compacting machine
一個張力架經由電位器來調節預縮單元和拉幅單元之間的同步
l FABRIC INTRODUCTION DEVICES織物引入裝置
Consists of two shoes in special anti-stick fabric, the fabric/compacting felt contact angle and the shoe insertion length can be adjusted.
包括兩個防粘布製成的托座，織物/預縮呢氈觸角度和h托座插入長度可以調節
l COMPACTING UNTS (UPPER & LOWER)預縮單元（上/下）
Each unit consists of.
A steam heated roll with diameter 350 mm, made of chrome plated steel, complete with rotating joint for steam supply, PT-100 thermo-probe and a efficient condensation discharge system. The roll temperature is adjusted with precision(+/-2℃) directly on the keyboard placed on the control panel and indicated on the display.
A thick compacting felt in Nomex-Polyester is perfectly guided by a pneumatic tensioner and servo assisted center device.
每個單元包括：
直徑3500mm的鍍鉻蒸汽加熱滾筒，配旋轉關節供應蒸汽，PT-100探溫控制及冷凝水排泄系統。
Nomex滌綸預縮呢毯有一氣動張緊單元和一個對中單元精密控制。
l FABRIC TENTION CONTROL DEVICE織物張力控制
A special load cell, allows to syschronise the speed of the upper & lower compacting unit and thereby avoid lengthwise stretching.
The desired fabric tension can be set with touch panel and shown on the touch panel.
借助特殊的張力感測器，進行下毛氈與上毛氈的同步，在主控制操作盤上，有相應的按鈕精確調節織物的張力。
l COLLING AREA冷卻區
A water cooling roll with diameter 350 mm. made of chrome plated steel, complete with rotating joint for water supply, driven by lower compacting unit.
一條鍍鉻水冷滾筒，直徑3500mm,配置入水旋轉關節，由下毛氈單元傳動.
l PLAITER(STANDERD SUPPLEMENT)擺佈架（標準配置）
DANCING BAR COMPENSATOR FOR ROLLER: Connected to a rheostat synchronises the cooling unit and plaiter unit during normal running.
張力擺杆：連接一個電位器用來調節冷卻單元與擺佈的同步
