DKLM-YPL10W光纤激光打标机采用原装进口光纤激光器一体化整体结构,无光学器件污染采用风冷系统。原装进口风冷式激光器,输出激光的光学品质比传统的固体激光器好,其输出激光为基模(TEMOO),经过相同的透镜后聚焦点最小为0.01mm,比传统型打标机的聚焦点小3/4。整机最大电耗小于400W/H,是灯管打标机的1/12,半导体打标机的1/4,大大节省了电费的支出。进口风冷式激光器,使用过
程中不需要经常调整激光光路,使用寿命更长。其输出频率为20~80KHz,大幅提升标刻速度。完全固化和完全封闭结构,适用于比较恶劣的环境下使用。

DKLM-YLP10W Fiber laser marking machine adopt imported unity fiber laser system and anti optical appliance pollution air cooling system.
The quality of “TEMOO” laser beam produce by the imported air cooling fiber laser system is much better than the laser beam produce by the traditional YAG laser system. The smallest diameter focusing point of the “TEMOO” laser after pass through the lens is 0.01mm, 75% smaller than the traditional YAG laser marking machine.
The maximum total power consume of DKLM-YLP10W fiber laser marking machine is smaller than 400W per hour, is only 1/12 of the traditional YAG lamp pump system machine and 1/4 of the traditional YAG semi-conductor diode pump system machine.
The 20-80K Hz/s output adjustable frequency provide more faster on engraving process.
Due to the imported unity fiber laser system is totally sealed and solidity, it makes the machine perform perfectly even at the lower condition working environment and average up to 50,000 working hours life time circle.
