工作原理：行星架转动时，带动箱内的二根搅拌框、一根刮壁轴、一根分散轴绕料桶轴线进行公转，搅拌框、刮壁轴同速自转，分散轴在公转的同时高速自转，从而使物料受到强烈的剪切、捏合作用，达到充分分散和混合的目的；刮壁板紧贴桶壁的刮试，使桶壁无滞留料。
真空装置能使物料在搅拌中产生的气泡、水分及其他挥发物排出；
料桶设有夹层，能通水、蒸汽、导热油等介质，加热冷却系统可以按工艺要求进行加热或冷却，并能自动控温。
由于本装置具有良好的混合、剪切、分散作用，特别适用于固固相、固液相、液液相的分散、混合，能在化工、食品、制药、建材、等行业广泛运用。
Distinguishing:
When the planet carrier rotates,it drives two stirring frames, one wall-scraping axis and a scattering axis to revolute around the axes of the bucket. The stirring frames and wall-scraping axis rotate in the same speed, while the scattering axis rotates in a high speed. The materials are strongly sheared and kneaded, making them fully scattered and mixed. The scraping ban scrapes close to the wall to ensure no material is left.
The vacuum equipment helps discharge air bubble, moisture and other volatiles while stirring.
There is a lamellation in the bucket, which can get through mediums such as water, steam and heat conducting oil. Heating and cooling system can work according to technology requirements, controlling the temperature automaticly.
The Double planet mixer can efficiently mix, shear and scatter the materials, it is fit for the scattering and mix of solid-solid phase, solid-liquid phase and liquid-liquid phase, making it extensive used in chemical industry, foodstuff, pharmacy, building, etc
