White fungus, or tremella, is a valuable nutritions and tonic, and therefore entitled as “Champion of the Fungus”. White fungus 

is one of the two main products of our company, the other one is shiitake mushroom. Our company is entitled to export these two

White fungus is mainly used in dessert soup, which has long been regarded as the royal 

delicacy in Chinese imperial family. This nutritious, fresh and sweet dessert soup will

cooking recipes can be provided according to request.

银耳颗粒，含丰富的蛋白质、脂肪和多种氨基酸、矿物质及肝糖。银耳蛋白质中含有17种氨基酸，人体所必需的氨基酸中的3/4银耳都能提供。本公司生产的银耳颗粒，已通过ISO与QS认证，是银耳饮料、银耳茶系列产品的最佳原料。

使用方法如下：

一、煮食：

1.银耳大米粥：

材料：银耳颗粒10克，大米50克。

制作：将银耳颗粒洗净泡发，米同煮为粥食用。

功效：有滋阴润肺，养胃强身的作用，适用于中老年人身体虚弱及患有高血压、高血脂及慢性支气管炎者食用。

美容：

1.银耳用水炖煮2个小时左右，等银耳变成胶状后晾凉（可放冰箱），等银耳凉透后，加入0.3克珍珠粉，放入面膜纸浸泡后敷脸20分钟

2.蜂蜜银耳面膜

材料：银耳颗粒150克，蜂蜜，压缩面膜纸。

做法：银耳放水里泡开后，用陶瓷锅煮至变粘稠。待快冷却时，加入少量蜂蜜，再放入压缩面膜纸，然后敷在脸上即可。
