棕刚玉的简介

　　棕刚玉是以铝矾土、焦碳（无烟煤）为主要原料，在电弧炉内经高温冶炼而成，主要化学成分为AL2O3、TiO2环含有少量的SiO2和Fe2O3等，显微硬度HV1800-2200,韧性比SiC高，用它制成的磨具，适于磨削抗张较高的金属，如各种通用钢材、可锻铸铁、硬青铜等，也可制造高级耐火材料。

棕刚玉的等级

　　棕刚玉主成分是氧化铝，分等级也就用铝含量来区分， 铝含量越低也就硬度越低了。　　产品粒度按国际标准以及各国标准生产，可按用户要求粒度进行加工。通用粒度号为 F4~F320，其化学成份视粒度大小而不同。突出的特点是晶体尺寸小耐冲击，因用自磨机 加工破碎，颗粒多为球状颗粒，表面干洁，易于结合剂结合。

棕刚玉的使用范围

其主要功能

　　（1）由于有耐高温、耐腐蚀、高强度等性能，故用浇钢滑动水口，冶炼稀贵金属、特种合金、陶瓷、炼铁高炉的内衬（墙和管）；理化器皿、火花塞、耐热抗氧化涂层。　　（2）由于有硬度大、耐磨性好、强度高的特点，在化工系统中，用做各种反应器皿和管道，化工泵的部件；做机械零部件、各种模具，如拔丝模、挤铅笔芯模嘴等；做刀具、模具磨料、防弹材料、人体关节、密封模环等。　　（3）刚玉保温材料，如刚玉轻质砖、刚玉空心球和纤维制品，广泛应用于各种高温炉窑的炉墙和炉顶，既耐高温又保温。棕刚玉粒度砂是由人工精选棕刚玉块,采用对辊、球磨、巴马克等设备加工而成，粒度由F8-F325.主要用于抛光、研磨、工业磨削等，还可以按客户要求进行水洗、酸洗处理等方法加工，能够满足客户的不同需求。　　低碳棕刚玉经过炉前和特殊工艺的再处理，降低棕刚玉中残余碳的含量，使产品在使用中不粉化、不爆裂、韧性大是磨料磨具行业，耐火材料行业的首选原料。主要用于陶瓷磨具、高档磨具、有机磨具、砂带、涂附磨具等，　根据残碳含量分为：煅烧棕刚玉C ≤0.05%、低碳棕刚玉C ≤0.10%、普通棕刚玉C ≤0.15%。

The main materials of brown fused alumina are bauxite and coke (anthracite), and it is made from high temperature smelting in electric arc furnace, its main chemical composition include AL2O3, TiO2，and contains a small amount of SiO2 and Fe2O3, etc., its microhardness is HV1800-2200, and toughness is higher than SiC, grinding apparatus made of it, suitable for grinding the high tensile metals, such as all kinds of steel, malleable cast iron, hard bronze, etc., also can make advanced refractories.

Principal component of brown fused alumina is the alumina, therefore, the aluminum content is used to distinguish its graduation, the lower the aluminum content is, the lower the hardness wll be.

 

Product granularity size is produced according to the international standard and national standard, the granularity processing on the basis of the user requirement. Be in common use, granularity sizes is between F4 and F320, its chemical composition is different depending on the size of the particle size. Outstanding characteristic is impact resistance value because of the little crystal size, particle almost is spherical since the mill processing, the surface is dry and clean, and easy to bond.

The Scope of Application

 

 (1) with the properties of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high strength, so special alloy smelting rare metals, ceramics, blast furnace lining (wall and pipe), physical and chemical vessels, spark plugs, and heat-resistant oxidation coating can be smelted by casting steel slide gate;
