同时本公司采用的产品原材料都是独特配方，为此也不一一陈述！下面我介绍下本公司与其他传统工艺的区别。

本公司的产品所采用的生产技术流程：采用定型高强度原材料碳纤维布，与抗耐高温、高浓度、无参杂质、无污染、透明树脂结合——灌胶——再以机械化抽真空工艺倒模成型——出模——高温烘烤——人工打磨——修补气泡——抛光——检测——包装——出货。在保证产品韧性高，耐性强，散热快、并且达到轻量化的同时，美观大方，高贵，质量上乘，也是为所有追求高端、时尚、品味、个性化的车友们和追求汽车改装文化的改装俱乐部、赛车俱乐部的和汽车改装迷们制造。 

 

传统工艺的做法：如今的市场竞争激烈，为了图利润，很多厂商会采用廉价的操作方式，比如：碳纤维布 模具粗糙，直接用人工铺入模具，这个时候碳纤维布本身是布比较散，比较软，如果人工拉的不稳，纹路也不直，会造成产品成型后视觉上的不美观，瑕疵多，而且导入的树脂用人工做参透不平均，很多碳纤维铺过的位置过滤不到树脂液体，树脂在挥发过程中，很多空隙因为没有染上树脂，在整个化学反应中挥发完后成型，出模具后表面看起来看不到一些漏洞，但是时间久了，经过风吹雨淋太阳经常暴晒后也就造成很多地方以后起气泡，表面变黄，表面透明树脂脱落的现象。
