DA-5991-1 is a high thermal conductivity, electrically-conductive adhesive engineered for
attaching LEDs in high power LED applications. DA-5991-1 exhibits outstanding adhesion
to all metallic substrates. DA-5991-1 is designed for small LED sizes such as 8 mil x 8 mil
up to LEDs as large as 60 mil x 60 mil DA-5991-1 can be applied by dispense or pin transfer.
