描述:Flexitallic金属缠绕垫片由V形或W形不锈钢带和非金属填充料叠合,螺旋卷绕,始末端点焊而成。具有良好的压缩回弹性,适用于温度、压力交变剧烈的密封部位,是管道、阀门、泵、换热器、塔、人孔、手孔等法兰连接处的静密封元件。广泛应用于石化、机械、电力、冶金、造船、医药、原子能和宇航等部门。

使用范围:
CG型:利用外环来使垫片在法兰面上精确定位,同时外环提供额外的径向强度以防止垫片爆裂,有止压制的作用,这种通用垫片适用于压力等级达2500磅级的平面和凸面法兰。压力等级在600磅级以上推荐使用内环。
CGI型:该结构是在CG垫片上装配内环,该内环具有补充的止压缩作用,同时阻挡热流和介质侵蚀,防止缠绕带和法兰受到腐蚀,此种垫片适用于平面和凸面法兰并且特别适用于高压/高温工况,以及压力等级900乃至更高等级或者存在腐蚀、毒性介质的工况。
R型:基本结构型,用几层不含填料的金属缠绕带增强垫片的内径和外径,可提供更大和更好的稳定性和压缩性,适用于榫槽面 、凹凸面 、平面和凹槽面配合的法兰。
RIR型:实体金属内环起止压缩作用,同时填充法兰孔和垫片内径之间的环形空间,此结构可以阻止固体物的堆积,减少工艺流体的湍流,使法兰面的侵蚀最小化,适用于凸凹面法兰。
