描述：Flexitallic金属缠绕垫片由V形或W形不锈钢带和非金属填充料叠合，螺旋卷绕，始末端点焊而成。具有良好的压缩回弹性，适用于温度、压力交变剧烈的密封部位，是管道、阀门、泵、换热器、塔、人孔、手孔等法兰连接处的静密封元件。广泛应用于石化、机械、电力、冶金、造船、医药、原子能和宇航等部门。

使用范围：
CG型：利用外环来使垫片在法兰面上精确定位，同时外环提供额外的径向强度以防止垫片爆裂，有止压制的作用，这种通用垫片适用于压力等级达2500磅级的平面和凸面法兰。压力等级在600磅级以上推荐使用内环。
CGI型：该结构是在CG垫片上装配内环，该内环具有补充的止压缩作用，同时阻挡热流和介质侵蚀，防止缠绕带和法兰受到腐蚀，此种垫片适用于平面和凸面法兰并且特别适用于高压/高温工况，以及压力等级900乃至更高等级或者存在腐蚀、毒性介质的工况。
R型：基本结构型，用几层不含填料的金属缠绕带增强垫片的内径和外径，可提供更大和更好的稳定性和压缩性，适用于榫槽面 、凹凸面 、平面和凹槽面配合的法兰。
RIR型：实体金属内环起止压缩作用，同时填充法兰孔和垫片内径之间的环形空间，此结构可以阻止固体物的堆积，减少工艺流体的湍流，使法兰面的侵蚀最小化，适用于凸凹面法兰。

Style R - Basic construction type. Inner and outer diameters are reinforced with several plies of metal without filler to give greater stability and better compression and sealing characteristics. Suitable for tongue and groove or male and female or grooved to flat.

Designed to prevent accumulation of solids, reduce turbulent flow of process fluids and minimize erosion at flange faces.Suitable for male and female pipe flanges.
