  石灰石用途广泛,产品市场前景看好,但因为石灰石在中国面广量丰,无地方资源优势可言,必须靠实力和其他优势获取市场份额。因此,面对这一资源,在开发应用时,应慎重选择,取最短的工序,最可能简单的方法,最现实的市场,以低成本、高质量,提高市场竞争能力。综合国内外石灰石产品深加工发展现状,介绍我国石灰石矿几种主要用途。   (1)最常见的是生产硅酸盐水泥。一般石灰石经过破碎、磨矿后均能达到水泥原料的要求。随着对外开放、国民经济建设的加快,水泥工业发展迅速,据估计国内未来20 年左右仅水泥工业一项将需求石灰石290 亿t 。   (2)生产高档造纸用涂布级重质碳酸钙产品。这类高附加值的微细、超细及活性重质碳酸钙在造纸工艺中应用十分广泛,粉碎后一般粒径- 2μm ≥90 %的用于中性施胶造纸工艺; - 2μm 粒径≥50 %的主要用于涂布纸的填料。   (3)用作塑料、涂料等生产工艺中的填料。作该类产品原料的天然碳酸钙矿物,即石灰石要求含CaCO3 (干基) :优级品9810 % ,一等品9610 % ,二等品9410 % , Fe2O3 ≤011 % , Mn ≤0102 % , Cu ≤01001 % ,白度90 以上。此外,一般平均粒径10~15μm 的粉矿用作涂料填充料, - 10μm 的用作塑料、橡胶、造纸的填料, - 5μm 的经活化处理后作油墨填充料。   (4)生产机械制造用的铸造型砂。石灰石生产的铸砂粒度为28~ 75 目,这种型砂具有比石英砂更优的性能,溃散性好,易于落砂清理,提高铸件表面质量,增加铸件表面光洁度,同时基本消除职工矽肺的危害。据统计仅各大钢铁公司每年要外购铸造型砂几万吨,这对冶金行业的石灰石矿是一个潜在的市场。   (5)生产脱硫吸收剂。石灰石破碎到0 ~ 2mm ,其中+ 2 mm < 5 %、0~ 0. 45 mm > 50 %的粉状代替原石灰或消石灰,在吸收塔内与水混合搅拌成浆液,吸收浆液与烟气接触混合,烟气中的二氧化硫与浆液中的碳酸钙以及鼓入的空气进行化学反应被脱除,最终反应产物为石膏。脱硫后的烟气经加热升温后排入烟囱。该工艺设备成熟,脱硫效率高,适用范围宽。目前贵州铝厂石灰石矿已建成一条石灰石脱硫剂生产线,其效益十分看好。   (6)石灰石经煅烧、碳化后可生产轻质碳酸钙产品。轻质碳酸钙按平均粒径可分为5 个粒度等级:微粒+ 5μm、微粉1~5μm、微细011~1μm、超细0102~011μm、超微细- 0102μm。目前纳米级轻钙工业化生产在广东、上海、浙江等地已相继问世。按产品晶型可分为球形、纺锤形、立方形、链锁形、片形、菱形。立方形、球形轻质碳酸钙更适合塑料工业。   (7)用于生产活性石灰、钝化石灰。石灰石煅烧生产活性石灰,并通过加工后可生产钝化石灰。钝化石灰具有吸潮、喷吹性能好等优点。这两种产品主要用作冶金行业中烧结矿的添加剂,炼钢用的造渣剂,铁水预处理时用的脱硫、脱磷剂,以及根据钢液初炼后的成分及成品规格要求,设计出的不同用途的精炼渣和根据钢种等调整的各种连铸保护渣等。   目前国内铁水预处理还处于起步阶段,仅有少数钢厂实行三脱即脱硫、脱磷、脱硅,大部分钢厂尚未进行铁水预处理。但是,日本、美国等冶金技术较为发达的国家的铁水预处理已达到80 %以上,预计5~ 10 a 内国内钢厂铁水预处理将会有较大的发展,CaO 和CaCO3是各种冶金炉料的基本组分,因此在冶金炉料的发展过程中石灰石也将有较好的开发应用前景。   化学加工[1]  石灰石经化学加工后可生产磷酸氢钙、内服补钙(药用级) 、食品工业补钙添加剂、疏松剂和高级牙膏摩擦剂、饲料添加剂、磷肥,以及乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、氯化钙、碳化钙(电石) 等【制法及工艺流程】   粉碎法:系将含CaCO3在90%以上的白石用雷蒙磨或其它高压磨经粉碎、分级、分离,而制得的成品。   包装:塑料袋包装,每袋净重50公斤。   储运注意事项 储存于干燥的库房中。运输中防止袋破。不得与液体酸类共储混运。   相关标准1)JC830.1-2005《干挂饰面石材及金属挂件第1部分:干挂石材》   2)JGJ133《金属与石材幕墙工程技术规范》   3)美国ASTM标准。   4)JCG/T 60001-2007《天然石材装饰工程技术规程》
