本设备系我公司最新研制的高速络筒备捻设备，可应用于各类撕裂膜，圆丝，扁丝，棉纱，工艺纸带，长丝，高性能纤维等纤维丝束材料的制线，制股，合股等领域的加捻及精密络筒，是我公司模块化数控制绳机系列的的合股卷绕的新型设备，是把加捻与络筒成型一次完成的一种新型制绳设备。适整机采用进口高速轴承，同步带轮传动，4000捻/分，配备计米器、变频器，一人可操作3-5台设备，真正做到了高效率、低噪音。
Introduce:
This machine is our company’s new product high-speed twisting and winding machine, is a new type rope making machine that can finish stranding and winding one time. It can be used for the twisting and spooling of fiber thread such as Plastic monofilament yarns, flat yarns, and craft paper etc. The machine employs imported high-speed bearing, 4000twists/minutes, equipped with meter counter and frequency converter. One person can operate 3-5 machines with high efficiency and low noise truly.
