空罐（瓶）码垛机
本机型主要应用于马口铁罐及铝罐的空罐码垛作业，通过网式输送机(网链收罐平台)自动收罐排列,利用特有的分罐装置将空罐成品按所需的空罐码垛尺寸进行分罐整列,再由下而上一层一层自动堆栈于栈板上，再藉由输送机传送至自动缠绕薄膜机进行薄膜缠绕，整个码垛过程自动出板、入板、上升，自动分罐、码罐，自动下降、出垛，自动缠绕薄膜,取代人工码罐方式，节省人力,大大提高生产效率。优异的性能：
1.取代人工码罐及传统式空罐码罐机，可节省大量人工，提高生产能力。
2.采用可程序计算机控制系统，提高机械动作的准确性，且操作容易。
3.栈板升降台自锁式升降、栈板自动拆板机采用气缸升降，动作稳定。
4.码罐方式可选择连续动作或单一循环动作，操作适应性高。
5.适用各种尺寸大小的马口铁罐及铝罐的码空罐作业。

Automatic Empty Can Stacker
This stacker mainly applies to the can stacking for tin cans and aluminum cans, which works to automatically collect the cans and make them in line with the help of Mesh Belt Conveyor (Mesh Can Collector), next make arrange the finished cans in order as per the required stacking size of empty cans by specific unpacking devices, and then automatically stack the cans on the pallet in the top-down sequence from one layer to another, finally convey the cans to the automatic film wrapping machine by the conveyor to perform the film wrapping. The whole stacking process is under automatic control, e.g. automaticpallet extension and withdrawal and uplifting, automatic unpacking and stacking, automatic descending, outstacking and wrapping. The stacker cancels the manual stacking mode, so that the manpower is highly economized and the production efficiency has beengreatly improved. The superior performances are as below:
1. The manpower and production capacity are highly saved and improved by replacing the manual stacking and the traditional can stacker;
2. The programmable computer control system is applied to improve the accuracy of the mechanical action and the stack is easy to operate.
3. The stacker works stably for pallet’s up and down as well as pallet’s automatic extension and withdrawal are under control by movement of cylinder.
4. The stacker is sound for higher operating adaptability by having options in continuous or single cyclic action;
