BZ系列玻璃瓶常压（负压）灌装机
一. 平衡罐
•球形罐平衡罐–通常用于热灌装及常温灌装
•环形平衡罐–通常用于含汽灌装及常温灌装
二.重力灌装
用于环形平衡罐物料靠重力向下流动，瓶内空气从排气管流出，当排气管内物料与平衡罐液面平衡时，停止灌装，无回流。
三.负压灌装
用于球形平衡罐回流管道抽气形成负压，物料在压差下，加快灌装速度，满瓶后形成回流，保证灌装温度恒定。
四.含汽灌装
含汽灌装四个步骤
1）.阀门全打开，对瓶充气
2）.建立压力后，开始灌装
3）.灌装完成，关闭阀门
4）.排气
五.共同特点
•所有传动部件均在灌装阀以下，确保满足卫生要求；
•可挂瓶颈灌装可完全消除PET瓶体受压应力，同时对于不同包装容量及瓶型的切换显得非常的简单方便；
•旋转台由AISI304不锈钢制成，支撑产品分配槽。旋转台由一个大直径球轴承支持，以保证很好的重量分配；
•灌装阀全部采用AISI316食品级不锈钢及耐腐蚀密封圈制成，易于安装、拆卸。每个阀内部均镜面抛光。
•无瓶不灌装
BZ Series of Glass Bottle Atmospherical Pressure (Sub-Pressure) Filling Machine
1. Balancing Can
Spherical Balancing Can-it is usually used for hot filling and normal temperature filling.
Ring-shaped Balancing Can-it is usually used for filling with steam and normal temperature filling.
2. Gravity Filling
Gravity filling is applied in ring-shaped balancing can, in which materials flow by gravity. The air in the bottle is discharged from vent-pipe. The filling shall stop when material in vent-pipe balance with liquid level in balance can without back flow.
3. Sub-pressure Filling
It is used for spherical tan, in which sub-pressure is produced at back flow tube. The filling shall be accelerated by material under different pressure. It shall flow back when the bottle is full, thus to ensure constant temperature of filling.
4. Filling with Steam
Four steps of filling with steam
1）. All valves shall be opened for inflating into bottle.
2）. Start filling after the pressure is produced.
3）. Close valves when filling finishes.
4）. Exhaust
5. Common Characteristics
• All transmission parts are under filling valve to meet hygienic requirement.
Bottleneck-hung filling shall completely eliminate compressive stress of PET bottle and the different packing volume and bottle type shall be switched easily.
•The rotating stage is made of AISI304 stainless steel for supporting product distributing box. The rotating stage is supported by large-diameter ball bearing to ensure good weight distribution.
•Filling valve shall be made of AISI316 food-grade stainless steel and corrosion-resistant sealing ring. It is easy to install and dismantle. Mirror finish is applied inside of each valve.
•No filling without bottle.
