超能系统特点Chaoneng system characteristics
·可加工无缝冷拔管、焊接冷拔管、以及热轧钢管、铸造钢管。
·可分别方便快捷地调整刀具、导向块及滚光机构尺寸，系统加工完后，通过液压控制，刮削刀座、导向块和滚光部位同步回缩，因而系统整体可迅速回退，并保证不会损坏已加工表面。
·采用高效专利组合设计，TTXG还集成了粗镗、精镗、粗刮、精刮和滚压五道工序三重工艺，可以一次完成大余量钢管的加工，大大提高了加工效率，是传统珩磨的20倍以上。同时刀具使用寿命更长。
·产品加工后，其表面硬度提高约30%。精度可达IT80级以上，表面粗糙度可达到Ra0.05-0.2um。
·提高配合精度，减少磨损，延长零件使用寿命，油缸经过滚压后防腐耐磨，表面平滑如镜，可提高密封圈或密封件的使用寿命。

traditional honing. What is more, the cutting tools has longer life.
· After the product is processed, the hardness of its surface increased by about 30%, the accuracy reaches above IT80, the surface roughness arrives in Ra0.05-0.2um.
· It enhances the machining accuracy, reduces the abrasion and lengthens the life of part. The hydro cylinder is functioned by the anticorrosive and wear-resisting after the rolling pressure, the
surface is smooth as the mirror, lengthens the life of sealing ring and sealing part.
