A-SUNG CLEAN PVC 产品的特征

1. Use raw materials and stabilizers from which heavy metal elution is quite negligible.

2. A-Sung Clean Pipes are made from approved high impact-resistant rigid U-PVC based upon KSM3401.

3. The speed of specific resistance during operation has been reduced to a low as 1/10~1/20 of ordinary U-PVC.

4. The internal surfaces of A-Sung Clean products are mirror-smooth and free from voids that may allow germ propagation.

5. TOC elution has been reduced dramatically.

6. Excellent resistance to chemicals and impact for pure/ultra-pure water, hydrogen peroxide and other industrial chemicals.

7. For A-sung Clean Pipes, dust-free cutting is practiced and the contamination of pipes is prevented by covering with a cap. The pipe is also wrapped with a double layer to prevent tearing.

In addition, A-Sung Clean Fittings and Pipes are rinsed and degreased during the manufacturing process before packing.
