售后服务（包换条件）
A.产品售后政策：
商品在正常使用下出现故障（注：产品本身电性不良，使用者在正常使用状态下，无人为故意或过失损害），一年保修政策，但对于包退及包换，是在产品完好无缺，外观未磨损的情况下才可退换。
B、有偿服务：
1、对超过一年保修期的产品分类收取单件材料成本维修费，具体价格依产品另定；
2、对需要重新购买附件的收费，另定；
3、所需维修费用，经客户服务部确认后通知客户；
4．其它服务。
我们对所有客户的返修品作如下要求：
1、为防止运输途中损毁，敬请各客户妥善包装好，只需寄出有故障的部件，若因包裹不妥，造成运输途中的损坏，由客户承担；
2、请客户选择收费合理、正规、送货上门的运输公司，以便提高返修效率，缩短返修周期，尽量发货前请与我司确认，以物流运输方式为主；
3、返修的产品请客户列明随货清单，以及详细填写发送人的地址、姓名、联络电话，返修品清单与实物不符时，由客服部与客户联系；
4、运输中所发生的运输费用，双方各自承担一半，我公司规定由发货方付费运费（考虑到到付运费贵的缘故），若因付费问题造成返回时间延误，由客户自已承担；
5、所有的返修品邮寄前须与我公司确认正确地址，若因地址、名称弄错造成返修损失应由客户承担。
保修制度：
商品在正常使用下出现故障（注：正常使用情况下是指按照一般使用者在正常使用状态下，无人为故意或过失损害），产品三个月包换，一年保修。
在下列情况下，保修失效：
1、产品曾被错误操作、疏忽使用或因不可抗力（如：水灾、火灾、地震、雷击 等）造成的损坏；
2、产品曾被本公司技术人员维修或改造；
3、产品机身编码或保修标签被替换、涂改或撕毁；
4、外观严重损坏、破裂（如需修理，需另外补配件费用）。
