EPE-butane foaming sheet production line 

一、 机组特点： 

聚乙烷发泡片材生产线是以丁烷作为发泡剂，添加其他助剂，采用物理发泡方法，生产EPE发泡片材制品，成品宽度为900毫米—2000毫米，厚度为0.5毫米-25毫米。 

二、 应用范围： 

1、 电子、精密仪器、家具木业、陶瓷玻璃、精品、高级皮具等产品的衬里及外包装。 

2、 背包和保温包心材以及集装箱。 

三、 更换模头及相应辅机也可生产发泡棒材、管材等发泡制品。 

一、 The features of this production line: 

This production line uses butane as vesicant, and adds other auxiliaries.It adopts physical foaming method to produce the EPE foam sheet.The width of the production is between 900mm-2000mm,the thickness is between 0.5mm-25mm. 

二、 Applied range:

1、 The lining and external packing of the products,such as electron、circuit precise instrument, furniture woodland, ceramic glass, competitive products, advanced leather product,and so on.

2、 The heartwood of knapsack and insulated bag and container.

三、If changing auxiliary engine,it can produce rods and pipes.
