Mark Zero 电脑中后帮机,中后帮上胶及打钉。
该机器适于任何高度男鞋、女鞋,也适于固特异鞋。后帮部分最多可打21颗钉,钉子长度可以是7-12mm,也可同时使用两种不同长度的钉。机器配有微处理器,可记忆61种不同鞋型程序,转换型体及尺码时不需任何手动调节:操作者只需从操作面板上选择所需的程序号及楦头尺码即可。简单,快捷,准确。

Simple, fast and precise
- it is enough to recall the required program from the keyboard and position the shoe:
the machine, that can be enabled to read automatically the last size, carries out immediately the required operations with absolut precision, all controlled by PC.
- The distribution of the hot-melt cement on the sides, the rollers units for the lasting of the waist by tacks and the system for the tacking by mircrotacks are completely motorized:
- with an interpolated system which automatically develops all the positions and the insteps in order to get always the precise position of the lasting margin of the tacks and / or the cement.
Functions and USB Technology
The self-learning programming system is easy and immediate. Operating in an easy and ergonomic way on the video, the position of the tacks, the pulling strength and the position of the rollers, the hot-melt cement spreading, the pincers pulling and all the parameters necessary for the lasting can be programmed.
The use of the USB technology allows in a few instants, with a common USB memory key, in a completely autonomous way, to :
- transfer the user s programs from/ to another machine;
- file or restore the user s programs using a normal PC and update the software.
The customer can create by himself:
- a programs collection on the PC and run autonomously their transfer at machine side;
- make a program for a model and easily transfer it to another machine.
