Sincron 4MW带微处理控制功能的气压前帮机,允许使用两套上胶系统。

机器配有9个可快快速更换的夹爪;腰部拉帮作业可编程,内撑台的倾斜度亦可编程,上胶系统可使用胶嘴完成整个上胶作业,或胶嘴结合胶盘来完成,含一套工具(扫刀,束紧器).

夹爪更换迅速且与万能上胶系统相连接，可快速设定各种不同的鞋头，操作简单及灵活。

SINCRON 4MW is a pulling over lasting machine at pneumatic functioning with microprocessor control that allows to use two systems of cement distribution.

• a exclusive and patented system with programmable nozzles, with self-learning for the complete lasting from the toe to the waist or,
• simply pressing a key, a mixed system with the use of the crown for toe and of the nozzles for ball and waist according to the characteristics of the shoe in progress. Moreover this system allows to use two different types of cement in the ball and in the waist.

The machine, simple and flexible, is equipped with:

9 to 11 lasting pincers with automatic and manual pulling;

• extreme versatility in the typology of the pincers with a great range of lasts and pulling powers;
• motorized pincers encirclement;
• automatic reading of the last size
• optical projector for a precise centering of the last
• quick change of the last and possibility of millimetric correction
• according to the length of the upper and to the width of the ball.

It can be customized

• good year working;
• baby working, for baby shoes, starting from size 18;
• safety shoes working(heavy-duty);
• rotating pincers; the last two pincers rotate inwards the last for a better distribution of the leather in the waist connection;
• last blocking; it is suggested for very shaped last: it blocks the rea part of the last during the wipers closing;
• programmable inclination of the lower support;
• cams double feeding; wipers closing in two seperate phases;
• head cams adjustment; front adjustment of the head and of the wipers with rev.counter, suggested for good year working and pointed toes;
• head descent control; it is useful with pointed toes, it improves the pulling of the leather in the toe in the phase of the wipers closing;
• teflon band side blocking; it is useful for pointed toe lasts or for small square toe, it allows a stronger grip of the teflon band in the toe area;
• rear support with rh-lh automatic positioning and pressing compensation;
• adjustment of the inclination of the rear support;
• wipers lubrication with outer oil tank;
• wheels for machine handling;
• device to transfer programs; to copy and/ or transfer the memorized programs to another machine of the same model.
