德阳万达重型机械设备制造有限公司（原德阳二重宏光矿冶机械厂）成立于1994年，位于中国重大技术装备制造业基地—四川省德阳市高新技术产业园区。宝成铁路、成绵高速、108国道穿城而过，交通运输条件十分优越。公司主要从事矿山、冶金、电力、船舶、交通运输、石油化工设备等产品的设计、制造、销售、服务，具有强大的加工能力、技术能力、经济实力，以及先进的生产管理体系、健全的质量管理体系和完善的产品质量检测手段。

Deyang Wanda Heavy
Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (former Deyang Erzhong Hongguang Mining and
Metallurgical Machinery Factory), established in 1994, is located in the China’s major technical equipment manufacturing
base --- Deyang High-tech
Industrial Park of Sichuan Province.Baoji-Chengdu
Railway, Chengdu-Mianyang Highway
and No. 108 National Highway
pass through the city, so the traffic and transport conditions are very
superior. The Company mainly engages in design, manufacturing, marketing and
services of the products such as mining, metallurgical, power, ship,
transportation and petrochemical equipment, with strong processing capability,
technical capability, economic strength and advanced production management
system, sound quality management system and impeccable product quality
detection means.

Encouraged by the national
policy of Western Development and construction spirit of Deyang heavy-duty machinery
base, adhering to the enterprise spirit of “pioneering and enterprising,
realistic and innovative”, the Company has been continuously enhancing input,
transformation and upgrade of production technology and equipment, striving to
improve the production technology level to maintain the competitive advantage, and
experienced brilliant development for more than 10 years. The Company has
transformed from the single trade-based model to production and trade-based
small and medium-sized group successfully, enjoying relatively high reputation in
the design and manufacturing fields of large and medium-sized mechanical
products, and become the chairman unit of Commercial Chamber of Mechanical
Manufacturing of Deyang Federation of Industry and Commerce successively since
2003.

公司现拥有两个分厂（机加分厂、金结分厂）、一个全资子公司（德阳九益锻造有限公司）、一个合资子公司（德阳台海核能装备有限公司，该公司于2010年8月正式成立并开工兴建，标志着公司正逐步进军民用核能产品领域）。公司占地总面积550余亩，已建现代化的标准厂房2万余平方米，在建厂房16万平米，拥有固定资产近5亿元，年产值近6亿元。

The Company owns two
branch factories (machining branch factory and metal structure branch factory),
a wholly-owned subsidiary (Deyang Jiuyi Forging Co., Ltd.), a joint-venture
subsidiary (Deyang Taihai Nuclear Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., founded
officially in August 2010, when construction was commenced, marking the Company’s
entry into the civilian nuclear energy product field). The Company covers a
total area of more than 550mu, with built modern standard workshops of more
than 20,000 km²,
workshops under construction of 0.16 million km², and fixed assets amounting
to nearly RMB 500 million Yuan and an annual output value amounting to about
RMB 600 Million Yuan.

more than 400 employees, including: nearly 80 senior professional technical

先进的设备，是企业发展的重要基础。公司锻造分公司现拥有5000T自由锻水压机、50T操作机、大型热处理炉、加热炉等，年产60T以下各类锻件20000T；公司机加分厂现拥有6.3米、10米数控立车、C61200/20M、C61200/12M、C61200/8M、C61160/9M等型号重型卧车、T6920F/L100数控落地铣镗床、2M×6M数控龙门铣、100T起重机等大型先进设备50余台，具有较强的加工制造能力；公司金结分厂拥有505×16M数控火焰切割机、半自动切割机、WS11K-100×3000数控卷板机、各类焊机等，可年生产各类焊接件5000余吨。

Advanced equipment is an
important foundation for enterprise development.Deyang Jiuyi Forging Co., Ltd. has 5000T
open-forging hydraulic presses, 50T manipulators, large thermal treatment
furnaces, heating furnaces, etc., and produces 20000T of various forge pieces
below 60T annually. Its machining branch factory has more than 50 large and advanced
machines such as 6.3m
and 10m CNC vertical lathes,
C61200/20M, C61200/12M, C61200/8M and C61160/9M heavy horizontal lathes, T6920F/L100 CNC floor-type milling & boring
machine, 2M×6M CNC gantry milling machine and 100T crane, and has
relatively strong processing and manufacturing capability. Its metal structure branch
factory has 505×16M CNC
flame cutting machines, semi-auto cutting machines, WS11K-100×3000 CNC bending
machines and various welding machines, etc., and can produce more than 5000T of
various welding pieces annually.

For years, based on the
strong technical force and excellent equipment, the Company has been dedicated
to design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of complete sets of
metallurgical equipment, and production of power station equipment, pressure
equipment, mining equipment, cement equipment and spare parts. Its users are all
over the country and its products are exported to South Asia, like India, and it is one of the production bases of
converter steelmaking equipment in China.Main products of
the Company include cold and hot isostatic presses; large and medium four post
hydraulic presses; forging machines; supporting loading vibrator of the cold
isostatic press; 10-300T converter steelmaking equipment; 150-1300T metal
mixer, steel rolling equipment, various hydraulic systems, etc. The Company adheres
