2BEP series water ring vacuum pump is advanced based on years’ practical experience, highly efficient and energy saving.
Usually used to extract air containing no solid particles, insoluble or sparingly soluble in operating liquid. By changing material structure, this series can be used for pumping corrosive air or liquids.
High efficiency and energy saving
At 160-1013mbar area, over-current part is optimized in design. Pump efficiency is 10%-20% higher than similar types.High reliability, low noise, under same pumping capacity, 2BEP water ring vacuum pumphas a lower impeller speed.
Strongadaptability to different environment
When the over-current parts are sprayed with polymer anticorrosive coating, harsh requirements of corrosion protection can be met. Smooth surface can effectively reduce the ash-like substance sedimentation, retard scaling.
The reinforcing ring adopts inner shifting design, to prevent impurity retention, and reduce fouling influence on the pump.
