1、本机适于用各种板式家具，实木复合地板、大理石、百叶窗、铝板、平面门用各种平面工艺品等进行底漆涂布，经本机涂布后的漆膜丰满度后，前后无堆头，油漆可重复循环使用，没有油漆浪费。
2、本机配备6套台达变频器，使每条辊筒转速均可自由控制，从而更有效的调节漆膜厚度。
3、本机装配MDCC刮刀，刮刀之角度由微型蜗轮减速箱来调节。
4、整机涂布部分，采用四柱式升降结构，误差小，精密度高、性能稳定。
5、本机胶轮与钢轮之间的距离通过蜗杆来调节，并装配数显位置显示器，每次调整可轻松设定。
