本页主要是为了描述一下用于检测螺纹、孔的量具,牙规也属于量具。
牙规是用来检测螺纹的检测工具,分塞规(栓规)和环规两种,分别用于螺纹的内(母)螺纹和外(公)螺纹,被检测的螺纹众多(美国标准统一制螺纹、普通螺纹、美制管螺纹、英制螺纹、API石油螺纹------),使用前经相关检验计量机构检验计量合格后,方可投入生产现场使用;此外你必须还得分清通规和止规,还有注意螺纹的精度等级。
一:螺纹塞规(栓规),一般同一个规格有两件作为一套同时使用,分别是通规和止规。
1、用通规试拧,如果不能拧进就不合格,此时就不必要再用止规了,因为它已经是不良品了。
2、用通规试拧,如果能够拧进,再用止规拧,如果止规也能拧进,那就不合格。
3、用通规试拧,如果能够拧进,再用止规拧,如果止规不能拧进或只拧进一两个牙,那就是合格品。
二:螺纹环规,也是两件作为一套使用,通规和止规。
1、通规
先清理干净被测螺纹油污、杂质,然后用母指与食指转动通端与被测螺纹,使其在自由状态下旋合通过螺纹长度,判定是否合格。
2、止规
清理干净被测螺纹油污及杂质,止端与被测螺纹对正后,用大母指与食指转动止端和被测外螺纹,旋入螺纹长度在2个螺距之内为合格,旋入螺纹过多即为不良品。
备注:以上所说只适用于公制、美制、英制的普通机械连接螺纹及美英制非螺纹密封量规的使用方法,不适合锥度螺纹量规,锥度量规是以基准位置检测。
三:维护与保养
1、牙规也是量具的一部分,牙规使用完毕后,应及时清理干净测量部位附着物。
2、生产现场在用牙规时,应轻拿轻放,以防止磕碰而损坏测量表面。
3、严禁将牙规作为切削工具强制旋入螺纹或挤出螺纹,避免造成早期磨损。
4、牙规严禁非计量工作人员或操作人员随意使用,以确保检测的准确性。
5、牙规长时间不用,应交计量管理部门或操作人员妥善保管。
四:注意事项
在用牙规应在每个工作日用校对工具计量一次,经校对,如果牙规计量超出公差时由相关人员收回,作相应的处理措施,及时处理,不得流入生产现场。
五:螺纹种类
以下所列的是在实际生产、加工、制造中较为常用的一些中外螺纹规格,
广泛用于航空航天、机械机电、电子电气、紧固件、石油管道等等不同的工业。
1、美国标准统一螺纹量规用于检测螺纹的内外牙。牙形众多美制粗牙(UNC)、美制细牙(UNF)、美制特细牙(UNEF)、美制不变螺距螺纹(UN)、美制特殊螺纹(UNS),其中又以UNC、UNF最为常用。外径尺寸小于1/4英寸(IN)的用番号表示:NO:0、NO:1、NO:2、NO:3、NO:4、NO:5、NO:6、NO:8、NO:10、NO:12,共10个番号;此后便用英寸制表示,如:1/4-20UNC,1/4是外径尺寸、20是每英寸的牙数、UNC是指美制统一螺纹中的粗牙,按惯例默认精度内螺纹2B、外螺纹2A;此螺纹可定做任意外径尺寸、精度的产品。
2、美制航空航天螺纹,除UNJ外,还有UNJC(粗牙)、UNJF(细牙)、UNJEF(超细牙)、UNJS(特殊直径、螺距、旋合长度的螺纹);同一外径尺寸有多种不同的螺距。
UNJ(美国航空航天螺纹)是抗疲劳高精度螺纹,与普通的美制统一螺纹相比较,具有圆弧的牙底能减轻应力集中,且内螺纹的小径较其增大,减小了外螺纹的脱落面积,UNJ螺纹大多用在航天航空紧固件以及高尖端的工业产品中,使用的公差内螺纹3B、外螺纹3A,此为美制螺纹中最精密的配合等级。
表示方法如:
(1)、5/16-24UNJF-3A,此为细牙外螺纹3A精度正旋规格表示方法。
(2)、1/4-28UNJF-3A-LH,此为细牙外螺纹3A精度反旋(反牙)表示方法。
(3)、3/8-24UNJF-3B,此为细牙内螺纹3B精度表示方法,反旋(反牙)则加LH。
此螺纹亦可订做任意外径、螺距、旋向的产品。
3、美制管螺纹,美制标准锥管螺纹NPT、美制锥管干密封螺纹NPTF、美制直管螺纹NPSM、美制航空标准锥管螺纹ANPT;锥管螺纹有塞规有L1、L3、L6,环规有L1、L2、L6。
4、美制梯形爱克母螺纹英文为ACME,29°牙形角,有外径尺寸、每英尺牙数、公差代号组成,如:5/8-8 ACME-2G;短牙爱克母(STUB-ACME),此螺纹亦可定做任意外径、螺距、公差的产品。
5、普通螺纹量规公制(M),国际通用,也是最常用的螺纹,60°牙形角,平行机械连接用螺纹,只标M+外径尺寸,按惯例我们将提供粗牙螺纹,细牙螺距众多;精度方面,塞规大多(检内螺纹)为6H、环规(检外螺纹)为6h和6g,亦可按用户需求定做非标产品及航空加强螺纹(MJ),公制螺纹大写字母为内螺纹公差,小写字母为外螺纹公差。
6、英制管螺纹有两种,用螺纹密封的管螺纹量规RB,内螺纹代号为RC、外螺纹为R,量规代号RB代表平顶平底,相当于日标PT螺纹;另外一种为非螺纹密封管螺纹量规G,内螺纹只有一种公差,外螺纹有A、B两种。
7、美国石油协会(API)螺纹常用的有四种;
(1)、石油钻具接头螺纹量规,是检验石油钻杆接头、方钻杆和钻铤等钻杆结构件的连接螺纹的检验量具。根据钻具接头形式的不同,量规可分为正规型(REG)、贯眼型(FH)、数字型(NC)三种;而内平型(IF)则在逐步淘汰。
石油钻具接头螺纹量规正规型(REG)规格有2 3/8REG、2 7/8REG、3 1/2REG、4 1/2REG、5 1/2REG、6 5/8REG、7 5/8REG、8 5/8REG。
贯眼型(FH)规格有3 1/2FH、4 1/2FH、5 1/2FH、6 5/8FH。
数字型(NC)较常用规格有NC23、NC26、NC31、NC35、NC38、NC40、NC44、NC46、NC50、NC56、NC61、NC70、NC77等等。
(2)石油套管螺纹量规, CSG(短圆螺纹套管,螺纹为圆螺纹,齿顶、齿底为圆弧状;锥度为1:16;牙型角为60°,牙侧角为30°;螺距为3.175和2.54,牙型高度:1.810、1.412,每英寸8牙、10牙时),长圆螺纹套管代号(LCSG)。

TBG(不加厚NUE、NU)螺纹规格有1.050TBG、1.315TBG、1.660TBG、1.900TBG、2 3/8TBG、2 7/8TBG、3 1/2TBG、4TBG、4 1/2TBG。
UPTBG(加厚EUE、EU)螺纹规格有1.050UPTBG、1.315UPTBG、1.660UPTBG、1.900UPTBG、2 3/8UPTBG、2 7/8UPTBG、3 1/2UPTBG、4UPTBG、4 1/2UPTBG。
