Install important point
1.管材与管件连接均应采用热熔连接方式,与金属管道可用法兰连接
2.热熔连接施工必须使用质量可靠地热熔机具,以确保熔接质量,便携式熔接工具适用于dn<63mm管及系统最后连接,台式熔接机适用于dn75&160mm管预装配连接。
3.热熔施工在加热和插接过程中不能转动管材和管件,应直接插入。

注:若环境温度小于5℃,加热时间应延长50%。
5.连接后须经施压验收后方能封管及使用。

2.During hot melt connection use welding machine.The quality of welding machine must be guaranteed. To make sure the quality of connection. The portable welding machine applied to the final connection of the pipe and system of dn<63mm.The desk-mounted welding machine applied to the preframe connection of the pipe of dn75~160mm.
3.During heating and peg graft,we can't move the pipe and fittings.We should insert them directly.

TIP:The welding time should delay 50% if the working temperature below 5℃
