安装前切断电源：防止触电。
此灯应避免安装在热源处及热蒸汽、腐蚀性气体的场所，以免影响寿命。
安装前确保安装位置可以承受１０倍于该产品的重量。安装于无震动，无摇摆，无火灾隐患的平坦地方。
控制系统是由工程师设计成在正常工作条件下使用时，和在使用后典型色彩变幻效果工作时，可以达到最优化的LED寿命，超出这些范围或条件或在这些和条件的上限长期工作，会使LED的寿命进一步降低。在极端的情况下，内部光源组件会发生故障。
