本公司生产的汽车保险杠专用料New-prene 9050D，不同于一般的PP加POE共混改性的料，而是采用自主开发的动态硫化技术使EPDM橡胶分散在PP连续相中交联成高弹性的热塑性弹性体TPV/TPE。该TPV/TPE具有良好的流动性，优异的耐老化性，耐低温达负45度，耐冲击性高，常温下冲击不断裂。硬度：53D。黑色。

Processing Statement

          Desiccant drying for 3 hours at 80℃is recommended. New-prene®TPV has a wide temperature processing window from 170 to 230℃and is incompatible with acetal and PVC. For more information, please consult our Material Safety Data Sheet, and Processing Information.
