沸石是一种架状结构的碱土金属铝硅酸盐矿物质，化学式为：（Na,k,ca）2-3【Al3(Al,si)2si13o36】·12H2O;为肉红色或其它浅色，具有比表面积大，吸附性能好，离子交换能力强，化学性能稳定等特点，广泛应用于石油化工，轻工，环保，建材，畜牧业等领域。我厂生产的斜发沸石滤料经选矿、粉碎、筛分、焙烧等加工而成，主要用于中小型锅炉用水的软化处理，以除去水中的钙、镁离子和重金属离子，从而减少锅炉内水垢的生成，减轻水侧金属的腐蚀，延长锅炉的使用寿命。在废水处理中，可用于除去水中的磷和铅以及六价格。失效后的沸石可用浓盐水逆流再生后重复使用。

Zeolite

They have meat, red or other light-colors with a large surface area and good adsorption, ion-exchange ability, chemical stability and other characteristics, widely used in petroleum chemical industry, light industry, environmental protection, building materials, animal husbandry and other fields. My factory produce clinoptilolite filter by dressing, crushing, sieving, baking and other processes, mainly for small and medium sized boiler water softening treatment to remove water calcium and magnesium ions and heavy metal ions, thereby reducing the formation of boiler scale, and the water-side corrosion of metals and extend the life of the boiler.
