一、钉头管简介：
Description of studded pipes
钉头管适用于石油化工等行业加热炉对流室应用，可以提高烟气侧的传热系数，钉头管面积为光管的2～3倍，，由于应用钉头管因此在设计合理的情况下可获得与辐射相同的热强度。本公司钉头管设备采用电阻焊焊接方式，焊接过程采用PLC程序控制，进给电机与分度采用伺服电机，人机界面可设定钉头数，分度参数以及补偿系数，根据工艺要求设定保证产品质量及精度。
Studded pipes are applied to convection chamber of heating furnace in petrochemical industry to increase the heat transfer coefficient at the fuming side. Studded pipes are two or three times the square of light pipes. Due to the usage of studded pipes, the hot strength can be obtained as the same as radiation in the reasonable design. Studded pipes manufactured by our company adopt resistance welding method. Welding process is controlled by PLC program. Feeding motor and graduation use servo motor. Studded number can be set via the human-computer interface. The graduation parameter and compensating coefficient can be set according to technical requirements to ensure the quality and precision of products.
