呼吸阀是安装在固定顶储罐上的通风装置，可减少油品蒸发损耗，控制储罐压力平衡。根据国家标准《石油化工企业设计防火规范》（GB50160-92）之规定:“甲、乙类液体的固定顶罐，应设阻火器和呼吸阀”。可见呼吸阀、阻火器是储罐必不可少的安全设施。
    我厂生产的系列呼吸阀，根据不同介质环境的需求，可分为呼吸阀及呼吸阀与阻火器、阻火层的联合体式的阻火呼吸阀，彻底杜绝火源进入呼吸阀壳内，并且根据特殊环境的需求，分为单呼阀、单吸阀、带双接管呼吸阀等，可满足各种不同需求。具有结构紧凑、通气量大、泄漏量小、密封性能好，检修、清洗、更换方便等优点。

D:客户特殊要求： -295Pa（-30mmH2O） ~ +98000Pa（+10000mmH2O）之间。
防爆级别：BS 5501: IIA、IIB、IIC。
壳体材质：碳钢、铝合金、不锈钢：SUS304、SUS304L、SUS316、SUS316L、衬里等。
阀盘、阀座材料：铝合金、不锈钢等。
密封件材质：聚四氟乙烯等。
法兰标准：HG20592-97 PN1.0，当客户需用GB、SH、HGJ、JB、ANSI、JIS等标准或改变压力等级时，请在订货合同中注明。
制造、检测标准：按石油储罐呼吸阀SY7511-96、石油储罐阻火器阻火性能和试验方法GB5908-86等标准进行制造和验收，或客户指定标准。

呼吸阀性能及特点：
呼吸阀的阀体能承受0.2Mpa的水压，无渗透和变形现象。
呼吸阀耐低温性能在空气相对湿度大于70%，最低温度为-30℃时，经过24小时的冷冻后，其阀盘开启压力符合工作压力要求，（允许压差正负20pa）。
呼吸阀的阀盘部件动作时，灵敏度高，动作完成后，保证密封。
呼吸阀阀内留有足够的空间，保证储罐的通气量。
呼吸阀没达到工作压力以前：公称通径≤150mm，其泄漏量≤0.04m3/h；
公称通径≥220mm，其泄漏量≤0.4m3/h；
当呼吸阀达到了工作压力以后：阀盘立即开启，保证储罐正常的通气要求。
