- 印刷机雕花滚筒的高速旋转，使磁性搅墨棒在磁力的作用下，作相反方向旋转，从而使油墨槽中油墨一起反流动达到搅拌均匀，稀稠一致，起到防止油墨表面结皮的作用。
- 在磁性的作用下，同时把摩擦产生的铁屑吸附在搅墨棒上，可保持油墨的纯净，更便于清洗。
- 使用磁性搅墨棒能消除幽默中的气泡。
