数控淬火设备

Numerical control quenching equipment

一、用途used in

l 由淬火机床与高中频感应加热电源配合，适应淬火及回火工艺，常用于齿轮、轴承、轴类、气门、缸套

及各类汽车部件和机械零件的淬火和回火等热处理。

Be made up of quenching machine tool and high-middle-frequency induction heating power, suitable for the quenching technology. 

Often used in quenching and tempering heat treatment for the gear, bearing, valve of a tire , vat sleeve and all kinds of parts 

of automobile and machinery.

二、常用淬火设备类型Type of ordinary quenching equipment

l 外圆淬火系列：对各类轴、棒、管、圆形零部件（如轴承、气门等）外圆面进行整体或局部淬火.

Series external quenching: integrated or partial quenching for the external circle of various types 

of shafts,rods, pipes and round fittings (i.e. bearing and air gate etc.)

l 内圆淬火系列：对各类管材、机械零部件的内圆进行整体或局部淬火（如缸套、轴套等）

Series internal quenching: integrated or partial quenching for the internal circle of various 

types of tubes & pipes and mechanical components (i.e. cylinder jacket and shaft sleeve etc.)

l 端面、平面淬火系列：对机械零件的端面、平面部位进行整体或局部淬火，（如机床导轨、直线导轨等）.

Series end & surface quenching: integrated or partial quenching for the end and plane of 

mechanical components (i.e. machine tool guide and linear guide etc.)

l 异型零件淬火系列：对异型零件的某个面进行整体或局部淬火（如汽车曲轴、凸轮轴等）.

Series irregular parts quenching: integrated or partial quenching for a certain surface 

of the irregular parts (i.e. vehicle crankshaft and cam shaft etc.)

l 特大部件淬火系列：对体积大、质量重的特大零部件进行整体或局部淬火（如船用齿轮、大坝水闸道轨、

大型输油管道、轧辊等）.

Series extra-large parts quenching: integrated or partial quenching for the extra-large parts and components with large volume and heavy quality (i.e. marine gear, dam track rail, 

large-size oil pipeline and mill roll etc.)

l 热处理调质系列：钢管，PC钢棒，高强度丝杆，高强度圆环链，预应力钢筋淬火回火.

Series heat treatment tempering: quenching and tempering of steel pipe, PC steel rod, 

high-strength screw rod,high-strength round-link chain and prestressed reinforcement .
