该钻机适用于螺旋地桩的安装固定工程以及中、小型露天矿山工程钻凿爆破孔,也适用于高速公路、水电、建材、化工矿山、铁路等有电源和无电源地区的穿孔爆破观察施工。
This rig is applicable to drill blast holes for spiral pile mounting and fixing works and small and medium-sized opencast mines, and also to the drilling-blasting observation construction for highway, water and electricity, building materials, chemical mines, railway, etc. in areas with and without power supply.

钻机的调试及工作要求
Rig Debugging and Job Requirements
钻机安装好后,调试是非常重要的,是保证钻机工作性能良好的。钻机在公司内试车时,已将各系统压力调整好,在现场一般不需要重新调试。
After rig is installed, debugging is very important in ensuring that it works properly. When an in-house trial run is conducted for the rig, each system pressure must have been adjusted, and generally require no further adjustment on the spot.
调试工作要求
Debugging Requirements
1. 调试时油温应在20-40之间进行,最佳温度为40-50C。
For the debugging purpose, the oil temperature should be between 20℃and 40℃, and the optimum temperature is 40-50℃.
2. 在调试压力时,必须要加负载(阻力)。注意:不要误将空载阻力当做负载,否则数据不准,易发生机械和安全事故。
For the purpose of pressure debugging, load (resistance) must be applied. Note: Do not misuse no-load resistance as load, or inaccurate data will be obtained, which is prone to mechanical and safety accidents.
3. 按一般常规调试某一个液压阀的溢流阀压力时应按下列程序进行:
The pressure of the overflow valve on a hydraulic valve should be debugged conventionally in accordance with the following procedure:
3.1 松开溢流阀上的固定螺母;
Loosen the fixed nut of the overflow valve;
3.2 将调整螺栓松开退回几圈;
Loosen the adjustable bolt by several threads;
3.3 在测试压力的管路中建立一个液压负载(阻力):例如:将液压油缸达到行程终点,或将液压马达管路用一个适当的螺塞堵上受压力的管路。
Build a hydraulic load (resistance) in the pressure testing pipeline: for example: bring the hydraulic cylinder to an end of stoke, or fill the pressurized pipeline of hydraulic motor with a suitable screw plug.
3.4 缓慢拧紧阀上的溢流阀,观察压力表数值,压力逐渐升高,达到规定数值。
Tighten the overflow valve slowly, and observe the pressure gauge reading. The pressure will rise gradually to a specified value.
3.5 拧紧调整螺栓上螺母紧固好,观察压力表有无变化。
Tighten the nut on adjustable bolt securely, and observe the change of pressure gauge.
