| WHZDJR系列电动机保护器 WHZDJR Series Motor Protector | 一、适用范围 Application 本起动器适用于交流50Hz或60Hz电压至660V、电流至95A以下的电路中作为控制三相鼠笼式电动机之起动、停止及反向运转之用,具有体积小、安装方便之特点。它具有欠压和过载保护性能。 本起动器适用于在一般正常环境下使用,(不能防暴、防腐)本产品具有(带按钮、钮子、密封圈和不带钮等)品种,适用于湿热带地区。技术数据:备装产品型号、规格、控制容量。 |

6、性能要求 Performance Requirements 起动器可以长期连续工作及在不带热继电器时操作,频率可每小时600次的反复短时工作。 吸引线圈在85%-110%额定电压时能可靠工作,其释放电压约为70-20%额定电压。 起动器主触头在操作频率为600次/小时,通电持续率为40%。接通额定电压,6倍额定电流断开0.16倍频率电压,额定电流接通,断开时率因数为0.35,其电气寿命不低于64万次。 起动器的机械寿命为300万次。 起动器的辅助触头,其额定电流为5A。 热继电器具有温度补偿机构,可补偿电压环境温度变化而引起的温度。 热继电器过载满足下表规定: The starter can be long time and with our thermal relay working.The frequency can be 600tiMES/hour in short time and repeatly working. Attraction coil can reliably work when 85%-110% rated voltage.Its released voltage approximately is 70-20% rated voltage.
