一、船舶概况:
该挖泥船属于自航式、双桨、双耙、单甲板、钢质全焊接、流线型、球鼻首、双尾鳍、圆舭型船体的自航耙吸带艏吹式挖泥船,用于中国近海航区调遣航行和疏浚、吹填工程。该船最大舱容为7203方,按中国船级社(ccs)《钢质海船入级规范》(2006)及其最新修改通报进行设计,满足中国海事局《船舶与海上设施法定检验规则-国内航行海船法定检验技术规则》的有关规定,船厂在设计图纸经CCS国内审图中心批准后并在CCS的监督下进行建造。
- General description
This is a sell-propelled, double- scull, double-rake, single-deck, steel-and-all-welded, streamlined, bulb-bowed, twin-tAIl fin, round bilge hull trailing suction hopper dredger carried with a Pump ashore. It is designed to sail and do the dredging and pumping work within the Chinese great costal. The Max capacity is around 7203 cubic meter. This dredger is designed according to (CCS) “Rules and Regulations for the Classification of Sea Going Steel Ships” as well as its newest amendment. It also meets the demand of “Regulations for Statutory Surveys of Sea-going ships and Offshore installations--Technical Regulations for Statutory Surveys of Sea-going Ships on DoMEStic Voyages”。The design drawings are approved by the CCS drawing verifying institution, and the shipyard is building the dredger under the supervising of CCS.
二、基本设置及功能:
该船设有前、中、后三点吊放式耙吸管,可双耙疏浚作业;当采用双管同时挖泥操作时,装舱时间不大于65分钟。配有2只由上海东梁船舶机械公司制造的DN800型新型耙头。舱内增加了2台水下泵在耙管到达最深处时,仍然不影响挖泥的速度。泥舱前部设有抽舱管,用于首吹首喷;首喷能力,距离能达到50米。在85分钟内,可将泥输送到2公里距离内的指定地点,用于填海造陆。泥舱内设有两列各7个底开锥型泥门用于卸泥。泥门为分组或集中开闭,每个泥门由一台液压油缸开闭,由驾驶室显示和遥控。设有泥舱高压冲水管系,用于卸泥时冲松并稀释泥舱内泥沙。泥舱为开敞泥舱,设舱口围板,并设有一个连续调节的溢流筒,可在驾驶室遥控。设1台15tX18m和1台10tX15m吊机,用于大小型设备的维修及配件的更换。设置两套带导管的定距螺旋桨用于推进,螺旋桨由两台3088kw G8320ZC6B/7B柴油机,通过减速齿轮箱驱动。设置两台1470KW G6300ZC16B柴油机,通过减速齿轮箱驱动两台泥泵。设置两台900KW Z12V190BC10柴油机各驱动一台高压冲水泵。设置4台泥泵封水泵、2台闸阀冲洗泵。设置四台柴油发电机组,400KWx3台;应急发电机组,120KWx1台。驾驶室挖泥控制台设在驾驶台前中间较低位置,单人操作,独立外挂,视野较好。
- Basic setting and function
This dredger is equipped with forward, mid and after three-point davit launched suction tube. It can dredge with double rake. When using the two tubes at one time to dredge, the time of filling the hold will be no more than 65 minutes. It is installed with DN800 drag head, which is a new type produced by SHANGHAI DONGLIANG SHIP MACHINERY COMPANY. In bOArd, there are two submersible pump added, when the tube reaches the deepest, it’ll not affect the dredging speed. In front of the spoil hopper, pumping tube is equipped for pumping ashore. The pumping ashore distance can be 50meters. Within 85 minutes, it can transport the mud to the appointed place in the range of 2 kilometers to realize land accretion. The spoil hopper is installed in two columns with 7 end-opened conical bottom doors to unload the mud. Bottom doors open or close by grouping or collecting. Each bottom door is opened or closed by one hydraulic ram which is displayed and controlled at wheelhouse. The high-pressure flush piping is used for loosen and dilute the mud in the spoil hopper. It is opened spoil hopper covered with hatch coaming and a <overflow canister> which can be adjusted continuously and remote controlled by the wheelhouse. A 15tX18m and a 10tX15m crane is installed to maintain all sizes of equipments and to replace the spares. Two sets of fixed pitch propeller with canal driven by two 3088kw G8320ZC6B/7B diesel engines through reduction gearboxes are installed for the ship’s propulsion. Two diesel engines of 1470KW G6300ZC16B is to drive two mud pumps by reduction gearbox. Two 900KW Z12V190BC10 diesel engines each for one high pressure flush water pump. There also equipped with four mud pump seal water pumps, two valve flushing pump, three 400kw diesel engine generators, and one 120kw emergency diesel engine generator. The dredging console is located in the front of the wheelhouse for single operation with good eyeshot.

五、船舶优点
该船作为国内为数不多的大型耙吸式挖泥船,耙吸系统是目前各大航道局同类型船舶都在使用的系统,设有海底3D图象,及触目屏式遥控让该船更富有科技感及保证了挖泥质量。所有电器元器件采用了施耐德,通导设备采用了日本古野及安修斯等国际知名品牌。并采用了目前世界上较为先进的双耙双桨双泵设备,惟其重要的水下泵不仅使生产效率有了很大的提高,而且更有利于施工质量的保证,相比国内同类型船舶拥有此套系统也是为数不多的。
同时,该船舶最显著的优势在于较之以往传统耙吸式挖泥船,解决了以往耙吸式挖泥船只能挖泥而不能吹填造陆的功能,设置了艏吹岸装置,以实现边挖泥边填陆的目的,使工程作业能高效开展,适用范围更广,更加具有竞争力。
另外,该艘船舶还具有自航能力,适合长距离运泥,调遣费用低,挖深能力强,能够在恶劣气候河面、海面和水深较急情况下施工。机动性能好,生产率高,挖泥成本较低。考虑到海上航行的适航性,还在该船首部设置了短首楼;船尾采用双尾鳍球尾线型,采用导管推进器,使推进器达到最佳推力;船首采用小球鼻首,以降低航行阻力。
在建造方式上,公司对该船采用了大分段焊接制造的方法,用自动气割和手工相结合的方式,很好的保证了气割精度及气割质量,对提高船舶建造质量,并缩短造船周期起了重要的作用。
所有的板材使用的都是防火板。驾驶室、楼梯、机舱及泵舱监控室地面使用了圣耐德高级进口防火橡胶地板,生活区使用了Mipolam进口防火地板,使船员在工作劳累回房休息时有种回家的感觉。
在居装软环境上,公司充分考虑安全、环保、美观三大要素。 在本船设计、建造和配置上追求安全、可靠、经济、耐用、高效以最低故障率为船东赢得最高经济效益。
5. Strong points
As one of only a few of domestic trailing suction hopper dredgers(TSHD) , its trailing suction system is the one that is widely used on the same type vessels of all major waterway bureaus. The water floor 3-D imaging system and touch screen remote controlling system make it a high-tech one and ensure the ship to have a good performance on mud dredging. All of electric components are produced by Schneider, and standard equipments are from international famous brands like FURUNO and ANSCHUTZ. The vessel is installed with double rake double screw double pump equipment to enable the submersible pump to improve its efficiency as well as guarantee its working quality. It is one of the few and far between the same type vessels to have these advanced systems.
Moreover, the outstanding advantage is that the ship has solved the problem that the traditional TSHD can only dredge but can not stuff. This dredger with the pump ashore can now stuff while dredging, making itself more competitive and widely used by working efficiently.
Besides, with self-propelled ability the ship is more powerful for dredging and it can transport mud for long distance in atrocious weather. It is also a vessel with good maneuvering characteristics, high production ability and low dredging cost. Considering its seaworthiness, a short forecastle is fixed on the bow of the ship. The ship has double tail fin ball lines at the stern to make the propeller realize the maximum push force by the canal propeller. bulbous bow is also fixed to reduce the ship’s resistance.
To make sure the accuracy and the quality of gas cutting, the company built the ship by the method of welding by subsection, which combined the automatic with manual gas cutting. This method played a very important role in improving the vessel’s construction ability as well as reducing its building periods.
All the boards are fireproofing boards. The floors in the wheelhouse, stairs, engine room and pump room are SHENNAIDE advanced fireproofing rudder floors. And the floors in the accommodation are imported MIPOLAM fireproofing floors, which makes the crew feel at home when they’re back from their tired working.
