One is using USB cable, another one is reading SD/Micro SD/CF card from multifunctional card reader, Besides, the USB port supports common USB keyboard input as well as importsphotos/video from USB flash disk to iPad .

How to use 2 different functions :

1.Card reader function

Plug the connection into the dock connector port on your iPad, then attach your digital camera or iPhone (excluded iPhone3G) via an USB cable. Or import photos to iPad through USB flash disk or imports photos/video from SD/Micro SD/CF card use multifuntional card reader to the kit USB femal port,then you can start import photos/vedio to your ipad. Besides, the USB port supports external common USB keyboard input.

2. Charging founction

Plug the connection into the dock connector port on your iPad,Then plug the male USB port to common PC or notebook USB female port.Then you can start to charge your ipad.You also can use common USB adapter from your nomal mobile/mp3/mp4…

1:The picture files need to be saved in named “DCIM” folder. The digital camera can create “DCIM” folder automatically, but if USB flash disk, you must create “DCIM” folder and copy manually.

2:The two functions can not use at the same time.If you use charging function first,please take out the 30 pin from your

ipad ,after connection to your ipad agAIn,Then you can use the card reader function.
