A．Can't uplOAd photos．

Please check have any photos in the memory card．make sure the photos in the "DCIM" file folder,ipad only read the photos what below the "DCIM" file folde otherwise please build new "DCIM" file folder and take the photos in This Kit support multiple memory card but not support upload at the same time.

B．Can't recognition and upload other formats file．

Please install Application program on ipad

C．If still can't recognition and upload other formats file．

Please restart ipad to reset the system, maybe incorrect operation caused

D．Some large current USB device,as Apple keyboard. must input the USB DC cable（Product Accessodes).the DC cable one end input the Kit,other end input APPLE adapter, Usually no need input DC cable.
