    1、本智能压力数据管理系统主要完成对阀门检测工作过程中有关数据的采集，试验过程动态监控和数据记录，并打印工件测试结果的相关参数，便于使用单位的产 品质量内部管理和售后服务，另外还可以对每次的测试结果记录于存储卡中，方便管理者对产品纵向质量的了解，为日后的生产和出厂产品质量备案提供重要的参考 依据。

    4、系统工作；被试阀门在装夹定位完毕后，检验员对阀门的类型，型号，公称通径，试验压力，保压时间，试验介质和试验性能及相关数据进行设定，然后对阀门 进行压力试压，达到额定压力时自动停止供压，开始保压监控，本计算机系统由传感器对被试阀门压力进行实时采集并自动绘制曲线，同时监控观察工作动态过程， 最后确定合格与不合格，并打印测试结果报告。
    4、System work; After the tested valve is packed and located completely, the inspector carries out the enactment to the classification, model, nominal diameter, proof pressure, dwell time, test medium, test property and related data, then carries out the valve pressure test. When reaching specified pressure, it stops automatically and pressure supplying time begins to maintain pressure and monitor. This computer system gathers the sensor to carry out the real time to the valve pressure and automatically draws the curve, meanwhile, monitor and observe the work dynastic course, finally determine qualification or disqualification and print out the test result report.
