本机是由我公司自主研发，目前国内独家生产。本机适用于玩具电机、电动工具电机等微特电机的转子绕线。整机机架采用铝型材，造型美观，维护方便。PLC，伺服系统，电磁阀，气缸，张力器等核心部件均采用进口的知名品牌，功能、可靠性、效率等各项技术指标达到日本同类型机器标准。参数设置、运行状态显示、故障报警均由彩色液晶触摸屏完成，操作方便。本机结合产品特点，增加了部分特殊绕线工艺。 

This device is independently design by our company, the current exclusive doMEStic production. It is mAInly applied to electrical toys, electric tools and so on micro-motor rotor winding.Device has aluminum alloy structure, handsome in appearance and easy maintenance. PLC, servo system, solenoid valve, cylinder, tension control, and other core components are imported well-known brands. Features, reliability, efficiency and other technical indicators have reached the standard ofthe same type of machine made inJapan. Parameter setting, operation status display, fault alarm all in the color LCD touch screen, easy to operate. The machine combined with features of the product, increase some special winding process.
