本生产线适用于串激电机转子的全自动生产。由独立设备与流水线体组成，包括上下料口、入轴机、压端板机、入绝缘纸机、换向器压入机、绕线机、点焊机、插槽楔机、检测机等，结合皮带式输送线组成一条全自动转子生产线。在上料口放入零件或原材料，整条生产线便会按所设定的相关工艺完成相应工序的工作,最后在下料口取走工件。各台设备具有单独的操作、显示、声光报警等功能。 

The production line is mAInly applied to automatic production for the rotor of series motor.Formedby theindependent equipment and assembly line, comprising the entrance and exit of work piece,shaftinsertmachine,end-platepressmachine,insulating paper insert machine,commutator press machine, winding machine, spot welder,slot wedge insert machine, detector,Etc.and link the belt conveyor line than form a production line. Put the part or raw material in the entrance, theproduction line will be worked according to the corresponding processes which had set beforehand, and finally take off the work piece in the exit. Each machine has function of separate operation, display, sound and light alarm.
