一、用途 Usage

l 用于清洁不锈钢焊管生产线上或单根管连续式光亮退火。

It is used for continuous bright annealing of clean stainless steel welded pipes on the production

line or single pipe. 

二、特点 Features

l 采用感应加热电源进行加热，节能高效无环境污染。

Induction heating power source is used, energy-saving & high-efficiency, without environmental pollution;

l 适用不锈钢管材质304、316、316L等。

It is applicable to stainless steel tube 304, 316, 316L etc.

l 加热温度根据不锈钢材质任意设定。

Heating temperature can be randomly set as per the material of stainless steel.

l 在线处理管材直径为Φ6—Φ273mm。

Diameter of pipelines involved in the on-line processing is Φ6—Φ273mm.

l 独立的支撑架装置，适应不同管材。

Independent support which is appropriate for different tubes.

l 管材加热均匀，升温迅速。

Tubes are evenly heated and the temperature will rise rapidly.

l 采用智能点火系统可随时监测火焰状态。

Intelligent ignition system is adopted to monitor the flame at all tiMES.

l 控制系统采用西门子PLC及大屏幕显示器。

The control system uses Siemens PLC and large-screen display.

l 配有先进的红外线测温自动检测。

It is equipped with advanced automatic detection of infrared temperature measurement. 

l 整机设置多种保护措施，最大限度提高设备稳定性和可靠性。

The entire equipment is provided with various protection measures, to improve the equipment 

stability and reliability to the maximum extent.
