玉米芯滤料概述：

        玉米芯是用玉米棒破碎加工再经过严格筛选制成，具有组织均匀、硬度适宜、韧性好、吸水性强、耐磨性能好等优点，在使用过程中不易破碎。

    此滤料硬度高、耐磨损、抗压性好，抗压力为23.4KgF，化学性能稳定，不在酸碱中溶解，吸附截污能力强，吸附率为27—50%，亲水性好抗油浸，比重g/cm31.25,略大于水，充填比重为0.85G/ cm3，易反洗再生，与其它滤料相比，它的优点在于直接采用滤前水反洗，运行成本低，反冲洗强度低，（6.71/S. m2），滤速快（24—26/n）效果好。对油田含油污水处理效果显著，油去除达95%，含油降至5mg/l以下。  

    玉米芯特点：

         磨擦性：可用来擦拭、磨光、干燥金属或塑料、玻璃等制品。

         吸附性：可吸收四倍于它自重的液体，是一种很有发展的活性碳资源。

        无毒性：用于饲料工业 维生素、调味品的载体。

        化学稳定性：它是一种极好医药、化工载体。

        硬而富有弹性、坚固耐用性，如橡胶、轮胎工业。

        生物可降解性：对环境不造成污染。

 

   玉米芯的应用：

        从废水中提取重金属

        用于湿的有水的运动场地的吸收、干燥、原子核废料及化学废料的吸收，大面积水域表面油污的清理。

        用它防止热的薄钢片粘在一起

        可用于纸板、水泥板、水泥砖制作

        可用它做胶水或浆糊的填充剂

        可用做包装材料、火药的制造

        可用做橡胶助剂，制造轮胎时加入它，可增加轮胎与地面间的磨擦力，达到增大牵引力的效果，延长轮胎使用寿命

        可用于干洗业，用它处理过的皮毛既干净又美观

     比重 1.28；硬 度2.5—3.0MOH；PH 3—6；壳含量90.90%；水份含量8.7%

     25kg/袋，双层编织袋包装，可按客户要求进行调整。
