PL6-450型矩形抄片器是把纤维抄造成尺寸为480mm×320mm的矩形薄片的造纸实验设备，利用大口径阀门快速放水形成的真空进行抽虑成型，并采用高真空度的PL0型三级离心式真空泵进行辅助抽虑成型，纸浆成型前的搅拌采用手动搅拌和气动搅拌两种方式。适用于各种超博、超厚、超细纤维的成型。后续实验选配我公司生产的PL8-00型纸样压榨机（液压）进行辅助压榨挤压水分。选配PL7-C型平板纸样干燥器或PL7-B型纸样快速干燥器对纸样进行干燥。
