丝网波纹填料(MGP)

丝网波纹填料是填料发展史的一个重要里程碑，这种填料由压成波纹的丝网片排列而成，波纹片倾角30°或45°，相邻两波纹片方向相反，在塔内填装时，上下两盘填料交错90°叠放。具有高效、压降低和通量大的优点，产品有BX、CY型，常用于难分离和热敏性物系的真孔精馏，常压精馏和吸收过程。

MGP is an important milestone of the development of clear and neat filling．This kind of filling consists of arranged web pieces pressed into corrugation．Obliquity of corrugation is 30 or 45 and the neighbor two pieces are of opposite directions．When filling into the column，upper and lower filling trays cross bv 90．It has advantages of high effectiveness，low pressure drop and large flow rate．This product includes BX,CY types，generally used invacuum distillation，normal pressure distillation and absorption processes of matters hard to separate or thermal senstive．
